JANAKPURDHAM: The Madhes Province government has declared a public holiday today (Tuesday) in celebration of the Siruwa Pawani festival.
As per a notice issued earlier, the provincial government had included this day as an additional public holiday across the province.
The Ministry of Home, Communications, and Law reaffirmed the decision, stating that all government offices and institutions in Madhes Province will remain closed for the day.
